Request Period:
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once the returned item has been handed to the courier, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection to confirm eligibility for a full refund. Fragile items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fees:
Refunds or exchanges are available, but a 30 EGP fee applies (this doesn't include shipping costs), unless the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives broken—in which case, it’s free of charge.
Condition & Hygiene:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact, and meet strict hygiene standards to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Approval & Processing:
All returned items will be inspected by our quality control team. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to assess the case.
Once approved, refunds will be processed immediately via Instapay, mobile wallets, or bank transfers.
Return Policy For Broken Items:
If you received something broken, don't panic! just take a picture and contact us—it's our job to fix what's broken.
