Orders Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated WhatsApp message with your order details for confirmation.
Please keep an eye on your WhatsApp so we can confirm your order and make delivery as smooth and fast as possible. Orders that are not confirmed through WhatsApp will unfortunately not be delivered.
Refunds/Exchange Request Period:
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once the returned item has been handed to the courier, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection to confirm eligibility for a full refund. Fragile items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fees:
Refunds or exchanges are available, but the shipping fee applies unless the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives broken—in which case, it’s free of charge.
Condition & Hygiene:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact, and meet strict hygiene standards to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Approval & Processing For Refunds:
All returned items will be inspected by our quality control team. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to assess the case to refund you immediately via Instapay, mobile wallets, or bank transfers.
Return Policy For Broken Items:
If you received something broken, don't panic! just take a picture and contact us—it's our job to fix what's broken.
